    Hello there,

    I would like to request to understand if this program may cover students who study online but they agitate for change globally,environment change and challenges,climate change,pollution,emissions and green energy,I study with British council IELTS In preperation to joining the University undergraduate program in any country,any consideration done to me and any offer,I will appreciate.

    I have just waked up in the middle of the night,I am Kenyan who need scholarship to study environmental science in any part of world,my expectations is to bring change in my country and the whole world to understand the effect of global warming and climate change,in this mail you have mentioned that this is the last day to apply for Fublbright student program,I have no idea how I can apply through my country today?how can I go about it?
