I really want to have a chance to study abroad. i am Cambodian and i live in country side next to Thai border. so i have never had a chance to study English at good school or institute. There are many student in my rural area that they are smart and clever but unfortunately because we are farmer, we are not exurbanite, we are poor so we have never had great opportunity like student in capital city.Now there are many scholarships that they required TOEFL or ILEls score, these just for capital student that they have a chance to study in good school. But for us is nothing. So how can i apply ?
